- Doree
interviews interesting local Seniors.
- She
recently interviewed Seniors that do volunteer work in our public schools.
- They
told her about the kick they got out of helping young students with
their math and reading.
- She
covers the Santa Cruz Senior Commission Meetings
- She
often shows her 1/2 hour travelog videos on the TV show.
- What
about Doree?
- She
taught broadcasting at the college level for many years.
- She
works as a volunteer at a local elementary school teaching Broadcasting.
- She
is a master of the camera, all kinds.
- She
recently returned from one of her many trips, this time to Bali with
videos of that culture and country.
- She
edits the videos, adding titles, music and voice over.
- Her
trips are always geared to what Seniors go on, and sometimes she stays
in Elder hostles.
- Her
video travelogs are for sale to people she goes on the trip with and
others who would like to travel there.
