What we collect through this website, and how the Google review tools we run for our clients handle data. Last updated October 29, 2026.

Who we are

BH Web Solutions (“we”) builds and runs websites for small businesses. Questions about this policy: info@bhwebs.com or 845-576-6607.

What this website collects

When you fill in our order or contact form, we receive what you type (such as your name, email, phone number and project details) and any files you attach. Our form provider, Forminit, delivers it to our inbox. We use it only to answer you and to build what you asked for.

Our host, Cloudflare, processes standard technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site, and Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits without cookies. We use no advertising trackers, and we never sell or rent personal information.

Google Business Profile reviews on our clients’ websites

Some businesses we build websites for ask us to show their Google reviews on their own website automatically. Here is exactly how that works:

  • The business owner first adds us as a Manager of their Google Business Profile. We only ever access profiles whose owners gave us that access.
  • Our software then uses Google’s Business Profile APIs to read that business’s own reviews (reviewer display name, star rating, review text and date) and basic profile details such as its name and Google place ID, a few times a week.
  • New reviews are shown on that same business’s website. We do not post, reply to, edit or delete anything on Google.
  • We never sign in to, or read, the Google account of anyone who visits a website we build.
  • The reviews shown on the website and an encrypted access token are stored with that website’s hosting (Cloudflare). We do not sell Google data, share it with anyone else, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.

Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

A business can stop this at any time by removing us as a Manager of its profile or at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Ask us and we will delete the stored token and reviews as well.

Keeping and deleting information

We keep form messages and files as long as needed to do the work and keep normal business records. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email info@bhwebs.com.
